One Dead After Altercation at a GM Plant in Michigan

The victim was identified as 49 year old Gregory Robertson.

Michigan police arrested a man yesterday after a deadly attack at a General Motors assembly plant. A fight between coworkers at the plant in Orion township, north of Detroit, led to one man hitting another in the head with a board. The victim was identified as 49 year old Gregory Robertson. After several CPR attempts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect’s identity has not been revealed. Police say the two men did not work for GM, but worked for a cleaning service contracted by the company. The plant was closed yesterday due to the incident but regular operations resume this morning.
