Crews Battle Overnight Fire in Socastee

Horry County Fire Rescue crews responded to a fully-involved commercial structure fire early this morning around 1:15 a.m. near Socastee. The blaze happened at a business on Sun Light Drive off of Highway 544 near Highway 31 according to first responders. Luckily, no one was hurt and an investigation is underway. The Myrtle Beach Fire Department assisted on the call.
