When it comes to eating…you may want to slow it down. A study of 60,000 subjects found that those who ate slow were significantly slimmer than those who ate fast. In fact slow eaters were 42 percent less likely to suffer from obesity. Women tend to eat slower than men. Overall, 35% say they eat like The Flash. Only 6% rated themselves as slow eaters. The other half say they eat at an average speed. The the study was published by the University of Chicago Medicine.
