South Carolina Gas Prices on the Rise for the First Time in Weeks

South Carolina gas prices are up once again. As of today, the average price of gasoline in the state is up 5.6 cents over the past week which is around $3.75 a gallon. The national average is also up by 4.4 cents for an average of $4.11 per gallon. The rise marks the first time in over a month that the national average has risen. Good news though, gas prices here in the Palmetto State remain 15.3 cents per gallon lower than they were a month ago but are $1.18 higher than this time last year.
