Delta, United, American to Let Banned Passengers Fly Again
Three major airlines announced yesterday that they’ll be allowing passengers who violated face mask rules during the pandemic to fly again. Delta, United and American Airlines will allow some passengers who were banned from their planes because of mask violations to return to their flight rosters on a case-by-case basis. This year alone, the Federal Aviation Administration has logged 1,233 reports of unruly passenger behavior and nearly 65% of those cases were mask-related. But, only 80 were referred to the FBI for criminal review.
