Amazon is working to make the smart assistant take on tasks all by itself, which could include things like switching on the lights or the TV when you enter a room. The company claims the updates are a way to make Alexa ‘more conversational. For example…if you shut off your lights ten days in a row then you go on vacation and forget to shut off your lights then it will do it for you.
