Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas to Host Burger Cook-Off in North Myrtle Beach

The burger cook-off promises to be the “juiciest throwdown” on the Grand Strand.

Every year, over 600 children in the Carolinas are diagnosed with cancer. On Saturday, April 9, 2022, Childhood Cancer Optimist Club will host a Burger Cook-Off from
noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Marina Bar & Grill at Barefoot Resort located at 2051 Bridge View Court, North Myrtle Beach, SC. The burger cook-off promises to be the “juiciest throwdown” on the Grand Strand.

Kim Melick, the Director of Operations stopped by the studio to give details on the event as well as the proceeds, which will benefit local children battling cancer through Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. Teams will compete for 2 different awards – People’s Choice and Judge’s Winer. The public will be able to taste the different burgers and vote on their favorite.
