Starbucks Rolls Out Several Changes
The coffee chain is bringing back several policies that were taken away during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As of Monday, Starbucks has made a few changes.
The coffee chain is bringing back several policies that were taken away during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Condiment bars are back where customers will be able to “add the finishing touches to their beverage with the return of creamers and milk, along with a variety of sweeteners.”
Also, baristas will return to hand-writing customers’ names on cups using sharpies.
Any drinks ordered for dine-in will be put in coffee mugs, glasses or customers’ clean personal cups brought from home.
Starbucks will also allow dine-in customers to receive free refills of certain items.
In addition, the chain now requires purchases in order to hang out in the cafes or use its bathrooms.
Lastly, Starbucks will now be known as “Starbucks Coffee Company.”
CEO Brian Niccol said the changes come as part of an initiative to get “Back to Starbucks.”
