Georgetown County Library Reopens After Over A Year Of Renovations

The library will be open from 9am-6:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5:30pm on Friday and Saturday.

After over a year of being closed, the Georgetown County Library is set to reopen Thursday.

The library closed last summer to undergo renovations and will reopen with all new flooring, lighting, paint, fixtures, furniture as well as a 3,120-foot expansion.

The additional space will host a bigger auditorium, office spaces, and more room for books and programming.

The library will be open from 9am-6:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5:30pm on Friday and Saturday.

The facility will be closed on Sunday.
