Pelicans To Wear ASL Jerseys On Sixth Annual Deaf Awareness Night

One of the jersey's that belonged to Buddy Bailey, No. 46, was added to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

The Pelican’s sixth annual Deaf Awareness Night is just around the corner.

The team will sport the 2018 jerseys that replaced the traditional script with American Sign Language.

The jerseys will be added to the permanent on-field collection.

One of the jersey’s that belonged to Buddy Bailey, No. 46, was added to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Deaf Awareness Night is set to take place on June 15.

There will be ASL interpreters throughout the game day experience, with dedicated interpreters located in section 208.
