19-Year-Old Arrested In Connection To Domestic-Related Incident

Jacob Doyle is accused of chasing a woman he knew while he was armed with a gun. He allegedly fired shots.

A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to a domestic-related shooting.

The incident unfolded Aug. 23 along the 1100 block of Bluebird Road in the Loris area. Jacob Doyle is accused of chasing a woman he knew while he was armed with a gun. He allegedly fired multiple shots at the woman, striking her home where a child and another person were present. He is accused of then pursuing the woman inside the home and firing additional shots.

Doyle was arrested on Wednesday following a traffic stop. He is charged with two counts of assault and attempted murder, one count of domestic violence and more. In addition, he also has several bench warrants from drug court violations and additional charges are expected.
