Trump And 18 Others Indicted In Case Alleging Efforts To Overturn 2020 Election

All 19 people charged have until noon of August 25th to voluntarily surrender and all of them will be tried together.

As he predicted, Former President Donald Trump has been indicted for the fourth time this year, along with 18 others.

A grand jury has indicted the suspects on criminal charges stemming from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s extended investigation into their alleged attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

The indictment lists 41 felony counts, including violation of the Georgia ‘Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations’ Act, false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, and influencing witnesses, among others.

Trump alone faces 13 counts of violating the RICO Act and more.
