A grand jury has indicted the suspects on criminal charges stemming from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s extended investigation into their alleged attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
The indictment lists 41 felony counts, including violation of the Georgia ‘Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations’ Act, false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, and influencing witnesses, among others.
Trump alone faces 13 counts of violating the RICO Act and more.
