The 4 Etiquette Rules of Chips and Dip

Did you know such existed? Neither did Audra until someone called foul on her dip.

There are unwritten rules of etiquette when it comes to the chip and dips.   After getting called out on one this week,  Audra decides to educate us on the dos and don’ts when it comes to snacking.

  1. No double dipping.  Your family may let you slide, but just don’t do it.
  2. Don’t dip at the same time.  Follow traffic rules.  The person to the right as the right of way.
  3. Never leave a broken chip behind.  Get a bigger chip and scoop it out.
  4. Queso, then salsa, if you must.  Yes, there is a rule on the order of combining the two.  It’s best to scoop some of each into your plate.
