A health article suggests that you don’t have go to the gym or do a fitness routine like going on a run…for it to count as exercise. If you do any of these things for 30 minutes, then you can call it a day on the health checklist…playing those geo-caching games like pokemon, playing frisbee, kickball, dancing, and especially if you take the stairs everyday…every minute counts.
