Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Olive Shoppe Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cut potatoes and onions in a large bowl. Drizzle Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Olive Oil over potatoes and stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley and stir. line large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and evenly distribute. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Be sure to stir potatoes every 10 minutes while cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Garlic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Olive Shoppe Recipe:
Mix garlic and rosemary olive oil in a bowl with seasonings. Brush oil mixture over pork loin and place in a gallon zip-lock bag. Pour remaining oil mixture over pork loin. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place pork loin on cookie sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Slice and finish with a drizzle of cinnamon pear balsamic.
