Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Olive Shoppe Recipe: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cut potatoes and onions in a large bowl. Drizzle Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Olive Oil over potatoes and stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley and stir. line large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and evenly distribute. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Be sure to stir potatoes every 10 minutes while cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
