Garlic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Olive Shoppe Recipe: Mix garlic and rosemary olive oil in a bowl with seasonings. Brush oil mixture over pork loin and place in a gallon zip-lock bag. Pour remaining oil mixture over pork loin. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place pork loin on cookie sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Slice and finish with a drizzle of cinnamon pear balsamic.
