Barefoot Bistro’s Toscana Soup
TOSCANA SOUP 6 cups Chicken Broth 1 Onion, chopped 3 links Italian Sausage , cooked 3 Potatoes, cubed Fresh Spinach 1/4 cup Cream Salt & Pepper to taste Pour Broth, Potatoes and Sausage in pot and cook (boil) for 15 minutes. Add Spinach and remove from heat. Add Cream. Serve.
