A study on 14-hundred gamers in 65 countries reports Esports gamers are in better physical shape than the average person. Specifically, Esporters are in better shape than lower ranked players. Gamers in general are also less likely to drink or smoke. The researchers even suggest physical fitness may influence video gaming abilities.
