A Myrtle Beach man was arrested by Georgetown County Deputies on drug charges. 26-year-old, Eluterio Gomez has been charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop resulted in reason to search. A K-9 reported on the scene and assisted in the discovery of cash, nearly 30 grams of cocaine, and approximately 639 grams of heroin that was packaged into baggies….

Early Sunday morning, a pedestrian was struck and killed on Highway 501. The incident occurred around 1:20a.m, one mile South of Conway in the area of Carolina Road.
