Dolly Parton Pulls Her Rock & Roll Nomination

She was named on the Rock Hall short list last month.

Dolly Parton has pulled her nomination for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The music icon says she hasn’t earned the right and she doesn’t want to take votes away from the remaining nominees. She was named on the Rock Hall short list last month alongside fellow first time nominees Eminem, Lionel Richie, Duran Duran and A Tribe Called Quest. Dolly has already been elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
