Tiger Woods Inducted Into World Golf Hall of Fame

Tiger Woods was officially inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame on Wednesday. Woods was elected for the honor in March 2020 and was scheduled to be inducted last year but the ceremony was delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Woods was introduced by his daughter during the ceremony and in his speech he talked about being denied entrance to an all-white country club and said his parents had to take out a second mortgage on their home to pay for his travel expenses Woods also thanked his late father and mother for their support and for giving him the ‘work ethic to fight for what he believed in.’
