Myrtle Beach Pelicans Honor the 13 Service Members that Died in Afghanistan Bombings
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans will be honoring the service members killed in last week’s bombings in Afghanistan for the remainder of their season. The team announced yesterday on Facebook that they will be leaving 13 seats empty for each home game. The seats will each have a photo of a service member who was killed, a yellow ribbon tied around them, and a beer in the cupholder to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.
