Planning Ahead Really Does Lead to Less Stress
Are you a "planner" or a "procrastinator"?
Researchers talked to 2,000 folks who described themselves as one or the other and they found that planners tend to be happier, healthier, and less stressed. Oh also, they have more money. But, here’s some good news for people who put stuff off: you can change. Over half of people in the study said their habits have shifted as they’ve gotten older. 77% of those got better at planning ahead, not worse.
