New Visitor Restrictions at Conway Medical Center

Center has enacted new visitor restrictions.

The Conway Medical Center has enacted new visitor restrictions as the delta variant continues to spread. The restrictions will go into effect on Wednesday. They include, one visitor at a time per patient, with exceptions for mothers in labor, pediatric patients and end-of-life situations. Also, no visitors are allowed for covid-19 patients in isolation. Masks will be required at all times for patients, visitors, and staff, plus, visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. A vaccination clinic is open at their Health Plaza South location in Socastee. Walk-ins are welcome from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays for those who would like to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
