Delta Airlines Ranks Number One for Overall Experience and Reliability

Holding the top spot for the third year in a row.

Delta Airlines is continuing its reign as the best in America. For the third consecutive year, Delta was ranked the number one airline for overall experience. A report looked at statistics from April 2020 to March of this year and based the rankings on four main categories…reliability, experience, cost, and loyalty. Southwest came in second, getting the highest customer service rating and United finished third. Spirit, Frontier and Allegiant followed.
