Tyler Perry is bringing the iconic character out of retirement for a Netflix film, which will be the 12th installment the franchise, “A Madea Homecoming.” Everything will be shot at Perry’s studios in Atlanta. Madea was first introduced in the 1999 play “I Can Do Bad All By Myself.” Since then she’s been at the center of dozens of films and tv shows. Look for the sequel next year!
