SpaceX Successfully Launched A Rocket At The Kennedy Space Center In Florida This Morning

SpaceX successfully launched a rocket carrying four astronauts at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida this morning shortly before 6 a.m. The launch marked the third crewed flight for the company and the first to use a previously flown rocket booster and spacecraft. NASA astronauts Shane Kimbrough and Megan McArther were joined by a French and Japanese astronaut. They’ll spend 6 months aboard the International Space Station. The crew Dragon capsule named ‘Endeavour’ is scheduled to dock at the ISS tomorrow morning around 5 a-m. The capsule previously carried NASA’s Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley into space in May of 2020 on top of a SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket. The four astronauts will join seven other astronauts already on board the ISS. Four of the 7 will depart the space station next Wednesday.
