SCDOT Taking Extra Measures to Prevent Coronavirus Spread
Speaking of COVID-19 there are now two more confirmed cases in South Carolina. That brings the total number of confirmed cases to six with six more presumptive positive cases. It’s been reported by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control that a total of 87 people have been tested. The South Carolina Department of Transportation is doing what they can in order to help control the spread. Custodial staff have been re-educated and updated on proper cleaning procedures and starting today they have been ordered to sanitize areas most used by travelers every 30 minutes.
