Joe Biden Wins Big in Super Tuesday II
“Super Tuesday: The Sequel” revealed another round of massive wins for former Vice President Joe Biden. Biden won over the two key states Michigan and Missouri up for grabs last night. They were by far the most delegate-rich states to be involved with this most recent round of primaries. Idaho and Mississippi also turned out in Biden’s favor, with Mississippi voting overwhelmingly for him at 81%. In another major win for the candidate, former running mate Andrew Yang has also just endorsed him for president. Sanders did claim a victory in North Dakota, however that race was much closer and didn’t do much to help him catch up with Biden’s growing delegate count. The next stop in the campaign trail is Arizona, where the two are scheduled to debate this Sunday. It will precede yet another round of primaries next week in Arizona, Florida, Illinois and Ohio. All, which were states Sanders lost in 2016.
