South Carolina Debates Taking Place Tonight at 8 PM

The democratic presidential candidates will face off in yet another debate tonight. The South Carolina debate will begin at 8 P.M. Seven candidates have qualified for tonight, as opposed to the six in Nevada. Joining the stage along with Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Joe Biden, Amy Klobuchar, and Michael Bloomberg will also be Tom Steyer. As they gear up for the primary this Saturday, all the candidates are making multiple appearances every day throughout the state to give voters a chance to meet them and determine who they will vote for. Originally projected to win this primary was Sanders. However as we grow closer to the vote, he has been surpassed by Biden who now leads by a very narrow gap. Steyer, who has spent millions of dollars in TV ads in South Carolina alone to promote his campaign, is projected to come in third this weekend. It will be a major improvement for him who came in seventh in the Iowa caucus and fifth in Nevada.
