Two Arrested in Relation to Florence County Valentine’s Day Homicide

Two people have been arrested in connection to the Valentine’s Day homicide in Florence County. 64-year-old Harold Morrison was found dead inside his home on Lindfield Circle on Valentine’s Day. 41-year-old Joseph Foss Jr. from Timmonsville was arrested on Friday and booked Saturday afternoon at the Florence County Detention Center. He is charged with murder and first degree burglary. The other suspect has yet to be identified, but they were reportedly arrested in Georgia and also charged with murder. It’s unclear when the two perpetrators will go before a judge.
