Over 130 People Now Killed by the Wuhan Coronavirus

The Wuhan Coronavirus continues to spread with at least 132 people dead and more than 6,000 cases confirmed globally. The U.S. along with several other countries have ordered evacuations of their citizens from China with priority given to those who are considered to be “most at risk” of contracting the disease. Potentially infected people will be diverted to military bases and subjected to medical screenings in the days following their return home. Britain also announced they have suspended all flights going to and from China with similar calls for evacuations and mandatory screenings. Of the 6,000 confirmed cases, 91 are outside of China including five currently in the U.S. nearly 60 million people are under partial or full lockdowns in China. And the city of Wuhan, where the virus originated from, is currently under full quarantine.
