The plane missed the runway at the Miami International Airport striking two vehicles that resulted in the death of five people and left five others hurt.

One of the pilots allegedly warned the other pilot that the aircraft was “too fast” during the final approach and after touchdown.

The National Transportation Safety Board said the warnings continued for nearly two minutes. The receiving pilot reportedly never gave a verbal response.
