Should Teens Be Allowed to Use Food Delivery Apps in School

The survey found students in the western U.S. were more likely to be allowed to use the apps during school.

Food delivery apps are proving to be popular with American teens.

A new survey spoke to more than a thousand teens, ages 13 to 17. Nearly half of them say they use food delivery apps…and a quarter use them while they’re in school!

The survey found students in the western U.S. were more likely to be allowed to use the apps during school, compared to other areas of the country. So, should students be allowed to use delivery apps during school hours? Nearly half of them say yes, but also with some concern over distractions and campus safety. Researchers note the findings raise concerns about keeping the learning environment safe…along with healthy nutrition for kids.
