Two People Injured In Shooting At Robeson County Ballpark

Two people were injured during a shooting incident in Robeson County.

Around 12:30am Tuesday, two people were waiting for a ride at a ballpark off Clark Street in St. Pauls. A vehicle approached them and someone inside opened fire.

One of the victims left the scene and went to a home where someone called 911. One person was airlifted to a hospital but has since been released. The other person remains hospitalized but is expected to recover.

No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information should contact the St. Paul’s Police Department.
