Krispy Kreme Celebrates 89th Anniversary With 89-Cent Donuts (July 17)
Customers will have to buy a dozen glazed donuts at regular price first, to cash in on the offer.
Friday is Krispy Kreme’s 89th birthday.
The donut chain has been serving hot fresh donuts since the first shop opened up in 1937. To celebrate its anniversary, the company is offering a deal on its glazed doughnuts, which founder Vernon Rudolph first sold in the first shop in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
In honor of 89 years in business, Krispy Kreme announced that customers can purchase a dozen glazed donuts for just 89-cents Jan. 17. However, customers will have to buy a dozen glazed donuts at regular price first, to cash in on the offer.
There is a limit of two dozen donuts per each customer in-shop and drive-thru. For those who are doing online pickup or delivery, they will be limited to one dozen.
