Man-made Gourmet’s Love It or Chuck It: Parmesan Cheese Balls
The Man-made Gourmet, Tyler Ryan and Crysty Vaughan make a super healthy cheese ball.
There are only a few things you need for this one:
2 Egg whites
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Pretty simple, right?
How to make it:
- Set air fryer for 375 degrees
- In a medium bowl lightly beat the egg whites, add the parmesan cheese and combine well. Form the mixture into 10 grams / ⅓ ounce size balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Chill for 20-30 minutes
- Place in air fryer, and spray with olive oil or another oil
- Cook for 6 minutes
- Take out, let cool, and GO FOR IT!

Lessons learned:
- Put spices into mix before rolling
- Make a garlic butter dip
- Cook for a shorter time
