Ohio Woman Identified As Suspect In Police Chase That Ended In Crash

34-year-old Danielle Custard of Ohio failed to stop prompting police to pursue the vehicle she was driving.

The suspect involved in a police chase that ended in a crash last weekend has been identified.

The situation unfolded around 4:30pm on Saturday when officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop for reckless driving along N. Ocean Boulevard.

34-year-old Danielle Custard of Ohio failed to stop prompting police to pursue the vehicle she was driving.

During the chase, Custard struck several vehicles and ultimately crashed in the 900 block of Kings Highway. One of the vehicles struck crashed into Mammy’s Kitchen causing damage.

Custard attempted to flee the scene on foot but was quickly detained. She has been charged with nine counts of hit and run, six counts of unlawful conduct towards a child, failure to stop for blue lights and more.

It was discovered that Custard had an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant. In addition, three individuals were taken to hospitals with injuries following the incident.
