Conway Splash Pad Closed Temporarily Due To Drought Conditions

"We appreciate everyone doing their part to help conway weather these dry conditions," city officials said. 

The Town Green Splash Pad in Conway is temporarily closed.

The closure comes amid current drought conditions. Officials say conditions are expected to persist and “require immediate conservation efforts across the community.”

There are several ways to help conserve water. That includes limiting outdoor watering and irrigation, fixing leaks, turning off the tap while brushing teeth, and more.

The city of Conway Fire Department currently has a ban on open burning due to the drought conditions.
