Investigation Underway After Several Vehicles Broken Into

The vehicles were broken into overnight from April 28-29. The incident took place outside an apartment complex on River Oaks Drive in Horry County.

An investigation is underway following a situation in which several vehicles were broken into.

The vehicles were broken into overnight from April 28-29. The incident took place outside an apartment complex on River Oaks Drive in Horry County.

A property manager alerted one victim about the break-in, and the victim found the passenger-side rear window of their SUV had been shattered.

The passenger-side front window was also damaged. Items reported stolen included a wallet, a Steve Madden purse, a debit card, and more.

Other vehicles were also broken into in which windows were damaged and other items were stolen.

An investigation is currently underway and anyone with information is asked to contact Horry County officials.
