Investigation Underway Following Florence Co. Shooting

One person had been dropped off at a local hospital with injuries

A shooting in Florence County left one person injured.

On Tuesday afternoon officials were called to investigate multiple reports of shots fired in the area of N. Buckingham Road and Sopkin Avenue.

Officials were also notified that one person had been dropped off at a local hospital with injuries that were believed to be non-life threatening.

Officers found several shell casings at the scene. No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation remains under way.
