The recall covers the company’s ‘SnugRide Turn and Slide’ car seats. They were sold between January and March at major retailers including Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

The recall was placed due to a structural defect in the seat’s base that was discovered during post-production testing.

Parents should immediately stop using the seat with the base, but may continue using the seat on its own while waiting for a free replacement base.
