Two People Arrested After Allegedly Failing To Report Death

36-year-old Zachary Johnson was found deceased inside a vehicle.

Two people have been arrested in connection to the death of a man.

On March 13, 36-year-old Zachary Johnson was found deceased inside a vehicle in the area of Dogwood Trails Road outside of Parkton.

According to the Medical Examiner’s Office, Johnson’s death was not the result of a homicide, and toxicology results are pending.

However, 45-year-old Scott Vaughan and 40-year-old Robin Smith were both arrested and charged with concealment or failure to report the death.
