As cold winter weather reaches dangerously freezing temperatures, there are shelters open for those seeking warmth.

Pets are not allowed due to facility limitations. Officials will continue to monitor weather conditions when deciding to extend or close the shelter.
Marion Mayor, Ashley Brady, said the shelter is not only for those experiencing homelessness, it’s also open to families and individuals who may not have enough heat at home to stay warm.
