Surfside Beach Christmas Parade

Melody Lane, Poplar Drive, South Ocean Boulevard and Surfside Drive will be closed.

The Surfside Beach Christmas Parade is scheduled to be held Saturday.

The line-up will start on Melody Lane and Poplar Drive with Christmas floats lining up on 16th Avenue South. The town stage will be set up on the corner of Surfside Drive and Ocean Boulevard. Participants will be awarded prizes for the most festive entries.

Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy while participants are expected to throw out candy. The parade will kick off at 2pm with the Holiday Market planned to be set up in Memorial Park afterward.

In addition, Melody Lane, Poplar Drive, South Ocean Boulevard and Surfside Drive will be closed during that time.
