NASA Astronauts Stuck In Space For Longer After Another Delay
With another delay, Wilmore and Williams will have been on the ISS for nine months.
Another delay is preventing the NASA astronauts stuck in space from coming home as scheduled again.
Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore were the first to board Boeing’s Starliner that launched on June 5.
The trip was initially meant to last about a week to 10 days. However, the Starliner experienced issues that prompted NASA to be concerned and resulted in the two being left at the International Space Station.
The Starliner returned to Earth in September. There have been many plans and setbacks for getting the astronauts home.
A new SpaceX craft was meant to be used for their return, but NASA has now pushed back the mission from February to at least late March.
