Survivor Of Mexico Kidnapping Arrested For Prior Incident
On February 17th, two separate fights allegedly broke out between the same group of people at an apartment complex on Spivey Avenue in Myrtle Beach.
One of the surviving individuals of the deadly kidnapping in Mexico, has been arrested for an incident that occurred prior to their trip.
On February 17th, two separate fights allegedly broke out between the same group of people at an apartment complex on Spivey Avenue in Myrtle Beach.
The brawl prompted some of the girls involved to bring their mom and grandmother to the scene. The grandmother allegedly hit someone in the face while advising people to go inside. The mother allegedly pulled a pistol and waved it before leaving the scene with her family.
It is unclear what kidnapping survivor, LaTavia McGee’s role was in the incident that occurred just weeks before she left for the trip. However, Myrtle Beach police gave McGee the opportunity to spend time with her family after she returned from the tragic kidnapping before she was arrested on Saturday.
McGee was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection to the February 17th incident. She was released on her own recognizance on Sunday.
