Homemade Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the Crockpot – (Minus 1 Ingredient)

Audra was loving this simple PSL recipe until she discovered it was missing a little something.

The temperatures are expected to drop this week.  With the chill on it’s way, it’s the perfect time to whip up a PSL   If you like simple, you will love this crockpot recipe!  Audra was loving it until she discovered it was missing a little something.  (Stronger coffee that we had in the breakroom, and some sugar!)

Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Lattes

Blend and combine all ingredients into a slow cooker:  Leave on warm.

7 cups of very strong coffee.

  • 7 cups hot strongly brewed coffee (Pikes Place preferred)
  • 1 cup canned 100% pumpkin puree (labeled 100% pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Garnish with nutmeg and aerosol whipped cream.
