Man Charged After Hit-And-Run Claims Life Of 20 Y/O Woman

20-year-old Grace Woods was struck and killed while walking along Old Marion Highway in Florence County.

One man has been charged in connection to a fatal hit-and-run.

Around 2am Tuesday, 20-year-old Grace Woods was struck and killed while walking along Old Marion Highway in Florence County.

28-year-old Corey Mullins was identified as the driver of the vehicle that fled the scene. He has since been arrested and charged with hit-and-run and duties of a driver involved in an accident with death.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
